AI Fireside Chat with Ameet Deshpande (Neohumans.ai)

Ameet Deshpande is an AI researcher at Princeton University and an entrepreneur.
He is under the tutelage of Prof Karthik Narasimhan (co-inventor of GPT) and is currently working on his own startup NeoHumans.ai - building AI infra for virtual humans. Previously he has worked in the Aristo team at the Allen Institute for AI.
His research interests are broadly in the field of natural language processing (NLP), with special emphasis on sub-topics of AI safety, data-efficient algorithms, efficient NLP architectures, and multilingual NLP.
What is this event about?
This is an informal AMA discussion with Ameet. The event is limited to 20 people. Hence, we will prioritize engineers who spend all their time working in AI. If you have been tinkering in AI in the past year, you are more than welcome to ask questions and share your challenges. Ameet has 22 authorships under his belt and loves to share his ideas.
The event kicks off at 7:30 PM with a 15 minute fire-side chat on the Opportunities & Challenges in AI. You will have a full hour to soak up some knowledge and ask all your burning questions.
