Jenica Oliver

Jenica Oliver, the visionary behind Blueprint Marketing Group, LLC, is a seasoned marketing expert with over two decades of experience. As a Fractional CMO, she provides strategic marketing leadership to consumer product companies, bridging the gap between expertise and flexibility. Her forte lies in empowering CPG firms, from Fortune 500 giants to emerging brands, as they navigate the dynamic marketing landscape.

Before founding Blueprint Marketing Group, Jenica held influential roles at national and international companies, including Pizza Hut, Mission Foods, and Borden Dairy.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Jenica champions small and minority-owned businesses and was named 2024 WBE of the Year by the Women’s Business Council - Southwest. She serves as Executive Director of DFW CPG, an ecosystem established to support early-stage and emerging CPG companies. Further, she actively contributes to various organizations, serving on boards and in leadership roles. Notably, Blueprint Marketing Group, LLC holds diverse-owned certifications from WBENC and NMSDC.

Nik Sallie

Nik Sallie is an award-winning Intellectual Property attorney based in Austin, Texas. During her decade-long tenure at Facebook/Meta Platforms, Inc., she served as a founding member of the Intellectual Property Operations Team. She not only helped design and implement the global reporting system for alleged IP infringement, but also served on special interest teams for counterfeit prevention, quality control, escalations and Attorneys General matters, managed the Team's contractor workforce and personally processed over 4,000 cases.

Nik established her boutique trademark law firm, Tastemakers Legal, PLLC, to help visionary founders, including women, Black Indigenous and other People of Color and queer professionals, register trademarks so they can own, protect and profit from their brands. She focuses on trademark prosecution, including for cannabis brands.

She's held multiple leadership positions in the Texas State Bar IP Section, including serving on its Council and founding the Women in IP Austin Chapter 10 years ago. Nik also earned numerous awards and honors for her legal service and advocacy, including the 2021 Austin Monthly Top Attorney and 2022 nomination for the Austin Business Journal Women in Business Award.
