Alo Upper East Side x The LIV Method: Workout Wednesdays
Join us at the Alo Upper East Side Sanctuary for a Wellness Wednesday Workout Class!
This ALO x LIV class will be a full body based workout as Anthony takes you through a body weight style circuit. Starting with some mobility and activation, you will go through various foundational movements with added slow tempo to make them extra spicy! The finisher will be a heart pounding circuit with core strengthening movements that will surely compliment the strength training from the start.
Anthony is one of the founding trainers at The LIV Method. He always takes a functional but athletic style approach to his training sessions. He consistently provides a tough training session but movement quality is his specialty.
