Changes in an employee's behaviour can be a sign of mental ill-health and indicate that support is required. This training program helps leaders more confidently navigate conversations with employees around performance management and mental health challenges.
Training builds on content covered in the core program, Managing for Team Wellbeing.
Key learning objectives:
• Understanding responsibilities to support employees in the workplace
• Preparing for and having conversations about behaviour and performance changes
Pre-requisite – Managing for Team Wellbeing (within 12 months prior)
Duration – 2.5 hours
Delivery mode – Online (Zoom) or face-to-face facilitated workshop
Facilitator - Expert psychologist specialising in workplace mental health
Participation numbers - Up to 25 people
This program includes a pre and post workshop evaluation report for you to measure the impact of the training intervention.
