​At the beginning of 2023, we developed and open sourced our LLM Gateway to provide security, accessibility and optionality for our employees to interact with large language models. Since then, we have extended our GenAI tools to include retrieval and search with answers grounded against our company’s knowledge base. Today, over half of the company utilizes these tools in their day to day work. These are the lessons we learned in adoption.
