It’s what transforms hesitation into action. But momentum doesn’t magically appear—it’s built. And the key to building it? Resilience.

This isn’t just a feel-good workshop. It’s a full-on reset—designed to shake loose what’s been holding you back, reframe limiting beliefs, and build the mental, emotional, and physical momentum to step into your next level.

Through powerful breathwork, identity-shifting mindset work, mindful movement, and community integration, you’ll walk away not just feeling different—but showing up differently.

This 3-hour immersive experience will guide you through:

Reflective Breathwork & Reframing
Tap into your nervous system, release fear, and ground yourself in new elevated beliefs.

Limiting Belief Breakthrough
Identify what’s been keeping you stuck—and rewire it using our TFA-IAM system (Thoughts, Feelings, Actions + “I Am” Statements).

Mindful Movement – Yoga Class in the Ballroom
Let go of tension through a beautiful yoga practice set in one of the city’s most stunning spaces. Connect to your breath, your body, and the identity you're stepping into.

Recovery & Integration
Journal, connect, and lock in the transformation with nourishing food from Brasa Peruvian, Impact Kitchen, and Dose smoothies.

🕠 Flow of the Night – May 29th

5:45 PM – Arrival & Check-In
Settle in, explore the historic space, and get grounded.

6:00 PM – 7:00 PM – Reframe & Rise Experience
Breathwork, intention setting, and belief rewiring. You’ll explore our 12 Areas of Life and confront the mindset that’s been keeping you stuck.

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Yoga Class in the Ballroom
Release physically. Reconnect to presence. Move with the version of you who’s grounded, clear, and ready to rise.

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM – Integration + Journaling + Closing Circle
Smoothies, high-protein snacks, and reflection. Anchor your growth, set intentions, and lock it in with breath.
