Larsen Jensen
Larsen Jensen is the founder and managing partner of Harpoon Ventures, a San Diego-based venture capital firm specializing in early-stage technology companies. With a diverse background encompassing achievements in both athletics and finance, Larsen has found success through a blend of dedication and skill. As an athlete, Larsen is a two-time Olympic medalist (2004 and 2008) and holds the American record in the 400m swimming event. Beyond his athletic pursuits, Larsen completed SEAL BUD/S training, contributing six years of service as a US Navy SEAL. Post-military, he pursued further education, earning an MBA from Stanford University. Larsen's entry into the world of venture capital began with roles at esteemed firms like Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed Venture Partners. In 2018, he founded Harpoon Ventures, driven by a commitment to supporting emerging technology companies in their early stages. Larsen’s journey reflects a dedication to both personal and professional growth, embodying the values that define HarpoonVentures.
Kathryne Cooper
Kathryne Cooper, MBA is a native Angeleno passionate about growing and funding early stage companies and creating a diverse ecosystem to support entrepreneurs. As Partner, Kathryne brings to Jumpstart Nova a history of operationalizingchange and making astute early stage investments in the healthcare arena. Kathryne prioritizes healthcare efficacy and business outcomes and knows how to integrate them into the investment landscape. Kathryne has a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
Felix Bustos III
Felix Bustos III, is a 3-time tech founder, angel investor, and U.S. military officer. Prior to co-founding tech companies, he served in leadership and senior-level positions at Fortune 500 and deep-tech companies: Virgin Galactic, Virgin Advanced Programs (Virgin Orbit), The Spaceship Company, BAE Systems, and Lockheed Martin Skunk Works. He’s passionate about giving back as a Techstars Los Angeles mentor. Felix also served on active duty in the U.S. Air Force and in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, as a joint staff officer at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and U.S. Northern Command, and is a liaison officer at the Defense Innovation Unit in Mountain View, California. He has a master’s degree from Harvard University.

Keith Coleman, Co-chair of the UN Joint SDG Fund Breakthrough Alliance and an Advisory Scholar with mediaX at Stanford University - an interdisciplinary thought leadership and industry affiliate program focused on information technologies, human sciences and knowledge creation. As a Stanford Angels alumni investor, mentor, adviser to startups, and former chief strategy officer at a think tank, Keith informs cognitive behavioral practices that promote organizational management, innovation, human performance, and investment in industry, academia, and sports. Keith earned his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, Stanford-in-Oxford/Magdalen College, and his master’s from the University of Pennsylvania. He serves on the board of Climate Action Pathways for Schools, is a member of LA County Business Federation, and is an Associate Member of the Meharry National Alumni Association.
