Jean Luc Vanhulst is a working AI developer known for building one of the first agentic AI's in investment management, Vic. Jean-Luc leads investments in AI startups as an operating partner at Valor VC. He also serves on the board of several fast growing AI startups, including Sailes.AI, Autonoma, and FirmPilot.

Before Valor, Jean-Luc was a successful founder and CEO of a software development company, where he raised capital and sold to private equity.
