Looking for a Sunday morning that’s equal parts relaxed and mind-expanding?
On January 26th, join us at a local Toronto gem for a cozy couple of hours dedicated to, well… you. Whether you’re flying solo or just in need of a different kind of “me-time,” this event is all about slowing down and strengthening your connection with you.
Welcome to Self-Dating. The premise is similar to speed-dating, but instead of meeting other people, you’re spending time with different parts of yourself.
You will move through a series of tables, each focused on a different area of your Self, like values, memories, dreams, or personal beliefs. At each station, you’ll have a set amount of time to work through a thought-provoking question or psychological exercises. Once time’s up, you’ll move to the next table—another part of yourself waiting to be explored.
We will be keeping this event private, small and cozy - so there are a limited number of tickets, and once they're gone, they're gone!
