Some concerns when working remotely are to keep up productivity, communication, and so forth. Our speakers will discuss the common challenges that designers and managers most likely have already encountered and some tips on how to work more effectively.

โ€‹Boris is originally from Minsk, Belarus, and living in Washington DC for the past 20 years. With 15 years of experience, Boris has worked in various industries like government, technology, education, and startups. Currently, he is a Senior UX Manager at Oracle Database Group, overseeing user experience, design system, and UI components for enterprise products. If you love talking about UX, design systems, sci-fi, star wars, anime, and food, then don't hesitate to reach out.
