Co-founder and chief creative officer of Chykalophia (read: see-ka-lo-fia), Ari Krzyzek helps women-led tech and tech-enabled companies craft a brand that delights their customer beyond a pretty design, deliver no-brainer user experience, and getting them the clarity they need to for their business to thrive online. Additionally, she founded and hosts Creative Women’s Co., serving as a design consultant, mentor and professional peer in support of fellow female entrepreneurs through 1871 Chicago, Interaction Design Foundation, and ADPlist.

🇨🇦 Guramrit Singh — Design Strategy Lead, Home Solutions at TELUS
Guramrit is the Senior Strategy Manager for both product and design at TELUS digital for its Home Solutions portfolio. Having worked as a UX Designer for many different platforms such as Salesforce integrations, Mobile apps (iOS & Android), and even voice AI on Google Assistant, Guramrit has always aimed to provide a best in class experience for all channels and touchpoints in the customer's journey. Prior to TELUS, Guramrit was the UX Architect for Best Buy and also has experience leading branding and UX design for a local startup.
Fun Fact: Been part of the olympics as a torchbearer and have also served in the Military as part of the UN convoy to East Timor 🎖
🇺🇸 Hongqiao LU — Expert Design Director at McKinsey & Company
LU works as an expert for digital product & service design at McKinsey & Company, help driving digital transformations for fortune 100 companies around the world. He's an end-to-end design expert with experience to plan, research, concept & implements innovative solutions while establishing internal design capability for the client along the process. Prior to McK, LU graduated from CMU and used to be a marketing consultant in the sports sponsorship field.
Fun fact: Love cooking, used to successfully replicating several dishes from restaurants just by tasting 🍛
🇨🇦 Zack Ginies — Experience Designer at EA
Zack has spent most of his career in hybrid design and engineering roles, and prior to his current role at EA, Zack spent time at Teehan+Lax, Format.com and Grip Limited, building the bridge between technology and user-centered design. Zack is also a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, where he actively volunteers with organizations focused on sexual health, harm reduction, and design mentorship.
Fun Fact: I’m a huge fan of horror movies, video games and karaoke (I do a pretty amazing Ursula the Sea Witch) 🎤
