Jorel is passionate about the whole integration of user-centered innovation, technical insight, and systems thinking into a design-driven product development process and sees this as the best way to create meaningful products that resonate with customers and improve their lives. His mantra “people first, technology second” has been the driving force in his career. As a leader, he thinks it's important that his door is always open — to embrace everyone’s individual perspective, personality, style and abilities. Outside of work, he loves to travel, photography and cook!

Fun Fact: His name “Jorel” was taken from the father of Superman. 🤣

Natashia is a Sr Manager of Product Design with broad experience at the intersection of design, data, technology, and marketing. Her career has led her through different disciplines in Design: designing typefaces, creating 360 ad campaigns for prestigious global brands, co-running her own boutique design agency, and leading design teams in the #1 global consulting firm. Currently at EA, she’s humanizing technology and the workplace while building cross-functional design teams and developing sustainable processes. Her passion has brought her to design mentorship, and leadership in diversity and inclusion.

🇸🇬 Jonathan Yap - Senior Lead Product Design at WeWork

Jonathan is a product designer, storyteller, and community connector. From shipping global products, to facilitating co-creation, to research on the ground, there’s always a great story to tell. He brings them together through design, research, data, strategy, and tech. Over the past decade, He has learnt to scale impact through people by designing relationships and mentorship. Jonathanʻs passion is in the community, and finds satisfaction in connecting people. He shares a lot by nature because good knowledge is worth sharing. Host and volunteer for UXSG, mentoring on ADP list, and creator of Design Pay Transparency.

Fun fact: Learnt how to pronounce Eyjafjallajokul better than he can spell it because he was once stranded by it.

Maggie is a User Experience Designer (with research experience) who enjoys building end-to-end digital experiences and help foster design communities such as Design Buddies. She has 4 years of experience working with B2B, B2C products in the Retail/E-Commerce, FinTech, and AgroScience industry

Fun fact: She used to play the drums a couple of years ago and hopes to jump back into playing again in the future
