โAccording to the 2019 Design Census conducted by AIGA and Google, 53.5% of designers are women. However, only 11% of them are in leadership roles.

โSteph is a Human-Centered Design specialist with a focus in Service Design, Design Thinking, and Design Strategy.ย She has worked for Walt Disney and Universal Studios theme parks designing hotel and entertainment experiences before moving on to both commercial and federal consulting. She recently accepted a new role as Executive Director of Strategy and HCD for and culture and currently resides in Washington, D.C.

โBronwen is previously based in London as a digital designer with 8 years of experience working for established London basedย design agencies and independent clients. She is now based in Melbourne, Australia and working as the Head of Design for Prime Motive. Her role as a female design leader is to build up and mentor a generation of great women designers. She aims to level the playing field through collaborative and progressive thinking, and taking on the varied challenges that our industry brings to us.

โYuan is a leadership coach for creative professionals. She excels at supporting women of color creatives to play bigger in career and life. Most recently, Yuan was an experience design lead at Airbnb. She created a successful mentorship program for women in design in 2018 and later scaled it to benefit 500+ teammates.
โFun Fact: She is a fan of salsa dancing and used to perform as a member of the oldest latin dance team in SF.
