Derbyshire Fire & Rescue are committed to ensuring their Deaf users have the same quality of provision, information, standards and right to be informed as others in the wider community.
So when the Royal School for the Deaf in Derby recently worked with Derbyshire Fire & Rescue to train a network of firefighters in British Sign Language, there were some very special outcomes.
What will you take away from this session?
Paul and Mick will be sharing some special stories about the power of investing in community at work and why thinking differently and more inclusively can bring about some extraordinary outcomes.
