Welcome to this Day of Dharma and Practice with Kevin Griffin. We are very excited to have Kevin offer this talk for us and for this opportunity to gather and connect face to face. This is an in-person event taking place in Dublin. We hope that we might see you there to share a day being together in a lovely space to mediation together and explore the complexities of practicing mindfulness.
About Kevin Griffin:
Kevin Griffen is a Buddhist teacher and bestselling author of One Breath at a Time: Buddhism and the Twelve Steps and several other books on recovery and meditation. Trained as a teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Northern California, he has taught at many of the leading meditation centers in the U.S. He has worked with mindfulness researchers at UC San Francisco; developed and implemented mindfulness curriculum for Mindful Schools; and taught college courses on Buddhism. Currently he is a mentor in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. His latest book, Living Kindness: Metta Practice for the Whole of Our Lives will be published by Shambhala Publications in late 2022.
Kevin covers the following in his talks and encourages teachers to bring their own questions on the day.
