NLND Berlin Weekly Tour

​NLND Berlin is the industrial district of the future.

​On the 150,000sqm site of a former cigarette factory, NLND Berlin will transform Germany industry by connecting manufacturing giants, SMEs and family offices, with deeptech startups and technology. All in a holistic social environment with a sports park, creative studio space, a conference center, and restaurants and bars.

​The first campus facilities are scheduled for completion in late 2024, and we will continue to launch spaces for industrial innovators over the coming year - production halls, testing and manufacturing facilities, as well as flexible workspaces and offices in our startup hub.
