Movement is one of the most powerful ways to support ADHD management, but it doesn't always feel easily accessible or easy to fit into your routines.
In this energizing, hands-on session, Shimmer ADHD coach Michael Caulo will show you how movement can be a foundational part of ADHD care and explore how short, strategic movement routines boost dopamine and norepinephrine, support working memory, and activate focus—all without needing a gym or hour-long workout. Designed to be ADHD-friendly, low-barrier, and used in real life, we'll blend brain science, lifestyle design, and community for long-term ADHD health and focus.
