​Open DANGER ROOM for all. – A rapid-fire 2‑minute pitch session that tests clarity, composure, and investor-readiness under pitch pressure. Founder to Founder feedback.Here's the Framework:

​➡️ Introduction (10 seconds)

​Greet and introduce yourself: “Hi, I’m [Your Name].” ➡️ Opening Line (10-15 seconds)

​Present the essence of what your company or product does: “[Your Company/Product] enables [Target Audience] to [Benefit or Solution].”

​➡️ Problem & Solution (20-30 seconds)

​Clearly articulate the significant problem you’re addressing: “Because there is a great big Problem...” Immediately follow with your solution: “...and we know how to solve it, which we do by [how your company solves the problem].”

​➡️ Product/Service Validation & Traction (30-40 seconds)

​Provide evidence of market validation: “We built this, and users love it; they are winning which means we are winning and growing.” Offer specifics on traction, such as customer numbers, revenue, growth rate, notable customer names, contracts, patents, or intellectual property.

​➡️ Market Size & Opportunity (15-20 seconds)

​Demonstrate the market potential: “The market is enormous, and while some others are playing in it, our users say we are better and we’ll get more users by doing this.”

​➡️ Team (20-25 seconds)

​Highlight your team’s expertise: “We are a solid team with the right experience and mindset to execute.”

​➡️ Funding & Financials (20-30 seconds)

​Specify what cost you’ve incurred to get traction: “To achieve this growth, we’ve invested [amount] in [what you spent on].” State how much money you’re asking for: “We need to raise [amount required]...” Explain what the money will be used for: “...to execute [specific use of funds].” Include the potential return on investment: “This will enable us to [what the money will do] which will return [expected return].”
