This summer, motivated students from around the world will take part in New Roots Institute’s Leadership Academy, a six-week fellowship empowering the next generation of changemakers with the training to challenge factory farming and build a more just, sustainable food system. 🌍

We invite you to join us at the end of the program to celebrate the fellows’ growth, passion, and bold visions for the future.

During the festivities, you will:

🧑‍🏫 Hear directly from fellows as they share powerful reflections and their next steps as advocates

🌟 Explore highlights from the Leadership Academy

🧠 Test your knowledge with trivia for a chance to win a prize

💬 Connect with the New Roots community, including fellows, alumni, guest speakers, campaign partners, and movement supporters

... and more!

This virtual event is open to all supporters, friends, and family who want to be inspired by the next generation of leaders working to transform our food system. We hope you’ll join us! 👏

About The Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is a six-week educational fellowship that equips emerging advocates with knowledge, training, and community to build a just and sustainable food system. Participants explore the impacts of animal agriculture and gain foundational leadership and advocacy skills.

About New Roots Institute

New Roots Institute is a nonprofit empowering the next generation with knowledge and training to end factory farming. Through leadership programming, New Roots Institute inspires critical thinking and dynamic discussions about the impacts of industrial animal agriculture on people, animals, and the planet. We are strengthening the movement—spreading change from individuals to their communities, growing outward into wider systems-level change.
