Creative Comeback: Rethinking Startup Ideas
📝Description
Hosted by Japan Venture Academy (JVA) × CREABA
Join us for an energizing, hands‑on mini‑workshop where we’ll explore companies struggling when entering the Japanese market—or why Japanese startups often find it difficult to scale globally. Together, we’ll break down real case studies of failed cross-border strategies and uncover what went wrong. We will then flip the script to design creative comeback strategies that would work in expanding to Japan (or overseas).
You’ll team‑up fellow participants, crack a real case, and pitch your re‑imagined solutions—all while enjoying free snacks & drinks on us!
