Apologies (+ Forgiveness?)
Many of us carry the weight of unapologized actions.
This workshop explores the personal and societal dimensions of apologies (and forgiveness). Ultimately we’ll zone in on the personal people/places/things we owe an apology. This space would be best attended by individuals seeking to deepen their practice of apologizing.
We ask that you come to the experience with a scenario/person/place/thing in mind (that you feel comfortable sharing) to apologize to.
We very literally will be crafting and practicing the apology you hope to give. There will be some small group chatting at times. There will be a physical demonstration that you can opt-in to.

FAQs:
Q1: Do I need to be a certain type of person to join this event?
A1: Everyone is welcome no matter the age, gender, race, orientation, ethnicity, ability, political affiliation, etc. We prefer people who are kind, open, and nuanced in their approach when meeting new people. We prefer people who ask questions in good faith rather than leading with assumptions. If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you.
If you’re not like this but you're trying, you are welcome too - this is a good place to practice!
And if you’re not trying to be nuanced and kind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ you too are welcome, we might rub off on you.
