🎙Who are the speakers?

RONAN BRAY

Ronan is the Head of Marketing (APAC) for Drift, a conversational platform delivering better buying experiences for over 50,000 customers globally. Ronan is a hands-on marketer, with over 15 years of experience in B2B tech with a focus on growth, automation, digital and strategy. Ronan has founded three companies, two of which he sold, with the third still operating, where he delivers marketing strategy, websites, lead generation campaigns, and marketing automation solutions for start-ups and SMEs. 

JADE MEARA

Jade Meara has over 15 years’ experience in B2B Marketing leadership roles, specialising in IT. Currently Regional Marketing Director APCJ at F5, she leads the marketing function and is also a diversity advocate. She has been shortlisted as a finalist for The Google B&T Women Leading Tech Awards 2 years running and is the Regional Lead for F5’s Women’s Employee Inclusion Group and Volunteer Board Member for Females in IT & Telecommunications.

SHAHIN HODA

Shahin is the Founder of xGrowth, a B2B growth agency helping organisations close more mid-market and large enterprise deals. He's making that happen by popularising Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in Australia, working alongside B2B leaders to implement ABM strategies and building predictable revenue engines. 

ANDREW THOMPSON (MODERATOR)

Before founding Shift Research, Andrew covered the business, technology and resources sectors across Australia and Asia-Pacific for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He has also worked in numerous research and communications roles across Europe, the US, East Africa and Asia-Pacific – for organisations, including RMIT University, The Burnet Institute, Actis, The African Development Bank and Centum Investments.
