More about the Speaker:
Larissa Licha is a former Chief of Staff and now CEO and Co-Founder of Joyn, which is a company inspired by her experience as a Chief of Staff. Before her Chief of Staff role, Larissa oversaw large-scale AI/ML product and engineering teams with a strong focus on building effective and collaborative teams. In her free time, Larissa tries to spend as much time as possible either outside in nature or at the pottery studio.
