Roselynn Chang is a Chief of Staff to the COO at dYdX, one of the largest decentralized exchanges. Before her Chief of Staff role, Roselynn was a management consultant and supported finance transformations at Fortune 500 companies. She later pivoted to a product strategy & operations role at a software tech company where she partnered closely with PMs and Product Leadership. In her free time, Roselynn likes boxing, making candles, and playing board games.
