Simran "Sim" Thadani has spent her professional career working on small, scrappy, mission-oriented teams. In every role she has held, she has had a different title and mix of responsibilities — though always focused on building (organizations, systems/processes, teams) from 0 to 1. She is currently the Director of People & Culture at LucidLink, a Series B startup in the storage/collaboration space.
