Jess Harvie (she/her) is a global diversity, equity and social impact leader. She has 12+ years experience implementing inclusion strategies and policies across large firms, non-profits and tech startups, most recently at Justworks and Snap where she was responsible for a number of DEI firsts across people, product and the larger tech industry. Jess is committed to changing the lens on inclusion in tech at a systemic level and was a key leader in the delivery of the Action to Catalyze Tech Report (ACT Report) that brought 30+ tech companies together to commit to a collective approach to change in the industry.
