βFAQ
ββQ: What if the event is sold out?
A: Join the waitlist! Cancellations happen, and by adding yourself to the waitlist, youβll receive automatic notifications if a spot opens up.
ββQ: What if I can no longer attend an event?
A: For non-paid events, please update your RSVP through the event platform as soon as possible. This helps us keep our attendance list accurate and allows us to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting to join.
ββQ: What is your cancellation policy for priced events?
A: For events with a ticket price, we require at least 7 days' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, weβll do our best to fill your spot. However, if weβre unable to do so, a refund may not be possible due to deposits already committed on based on your ticket purchase.
ββQ: Can I bring my boyfriend, husband, or a male-identifying friend?
A: No. The Shy Girl Club is a social space created specifically for women and gender-diverse individuals to connect and build community. We kindly encourage those who do not identify with these communities to explore other opportunities!
