Otford Hike

​We are taking on the Otford circular hike as the second hike of Hike United. This scenic route offers something for everyone. Come alone or with a group of friends, everyone is welcome.

​​The meet point is outside Starbucks inside Victoria station (the one by platform 3) for 9.15.

​Those driving we will be at Otford Village Car Park - Google Maps for 10.40. There is plenty of parking here and also toilets.

​Train + Hike tickets has a discounted rate and covers the whole trip. Train tickets will be handed out at Victoria.

​Hike Only ticket is for those making their own way to Otford.

​Timings for the day ⌚ (Approximate)

​​9.15 - Meet outside Starbucks in Victoria station

​​9.55 - Train to Otford (Platform 4) 🚂

​​10.31 - 11.00: Arrive at Otford/Walk to the car park

​​11.00 : Hike begins 🥾

​2.30: Hike ends

​2.30 - 5.00: Social at the Bull in Otford 🍻

​Food: Bring Lunch & snacks for the day 🥪

​​Water: Bring plenty of water/ liquids for the day 💧

​​Clothing: Layer up but note due to walking, you will heat up so be prepared to take off layers. Bring waterproofs as we live in England. 🌦️

​​Footwear: It WILL be muddy so Hiking boots or wellies are STRONGLY advised. 🥾

​​We operate a leave no trace rule so please remember this while on the hike. 🚮

​​Toilets: There are no toilets on route so please use facilities in the car park before we leave to set off. 🚻

​There will be trained first aiders on the Hike but by purchasing this you agree to be responsible for your own safety. Please take care on the route as there will be steep inclines.
