BOARD ACTIVITIES

The four remaining Board members have agreed to perform only essential activities for the month of July, until a full board is elected and in office.  So far we have held three (3) informal transition meetings to secure HIVA assets, coordinate and plan the upcoming Special Election, begin steps to restore official HIVA Communications, and to capture Members' interest in joining committees once fully established.  Although these meeting were not official, we will publish the minutes for those four transition meetings in the next Newsletter (scheduled for July 17th).

Over the next weeks we will provide updates on details as they become available, provide reminders of key dates, and continue to solicit board candidacies and committee interest.
