​What started as a small group of passionate advocates has grown into TransitMatters, a leading force in public transportation reform in Massachusetts, and none of it would have been possible without the unwavering support of our incredible donors and volunteers. 

​Your dedication has helped us tackle key issues like eliminating slow zones, advancing Commuter Rail electrification, and launching a bus pilot to reduce bus bunching—creating lasting change for all MBTA riders. However, these improvements are at risk without legislative action to secure sustainable funding.

​As we look to 2025, we invite you to join us for Cheer & Transit on Tuesday, December 3, at Lamplighter CX. This is your chance to celebrate our collective wins alongside fellow transit champions and focus on what needs to be done in the future. Together, we can continue shaping a better future for public transportation.

​Advance standard tickets are $40, and student tickets are $20. Standard tickets will be $50 at the door! Get your tickets today to avoid paying extra.

​You can also become an event sponsor for $500, which includes recognition at the event and five complimentary tickets. Your sponsorship will directly impact the future of public transportation, helping us achieve even more in the coming year.
