About Event

The LGBTQ+ population is incredibly diverse in terms of race, color, ethnicity, gender identity, class, and more. If LGBTQ+ persons are to be treated equitably, public service professionals and organizations must be aware of and be competent in such intersectionalities. During this celebration of Pride Month 2020, join us for a discussion of:

1) Intersectionalities in the LGBTQ+ community and their implications for public service organizations 2) Issues faced by LGBTQ+ populations 3) Ways to promote LGBTQ+ competency among administrators and public service organizations 4) And more!
