Intersectionalities in the LGBTQ+ Community: Lessons for Public Service

​The LGBTQ+ population is incredibly diverse in terms of race, color, ethnicity, gender identity, class, and more. If LGBTQ+ persons are to be treated equitably, public service professionals and organizations must be aware of and be competent in such intersectionalities.
