Expressing our emotions authentically is a powerful step toward self-acceptance, deeper connections, and a life of integrity. Yet, many of us find it challenging to communicate what we feel, whether due to fear of judgment or simply a lack of practice in expressing emotions openly. Expressing Emotions for Authentic Connection is a workshop designed to guide you in safely and powerfully connecting with your emotions and expressing them in ways that honour your true self.
This workshop provides a safe space for you to experience your emotions fully and share them authentically. Through carefully guided exercises, you’ll explore ways to express your emotions without judgment, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and a sense of authentic connection with others.
A Journey of Inner Discovery and Empowerment
Workshop Overview:
In this 2-hour workshop, we focus on moving from understanding and observing our emotions to expressing them. This is not about words on a page or intellectual reflection; it’s about connecting to our emotions in a way that is raw, open, and freeing. Through body-centered practices and expressive exercises, you’ll learn to release emotions that may be difficult to express, discover the freedom in showing up as your true self, and gain confidence in emotional expression.

Wei Ching
Founder of SELF, Wei Ching has facilitated numerous conversations around personal development as the lead facilitator of the BetterSelf programme. This program empowers individuals to build self-awareness and self-confidence, resulting in transformative outcomes such as securing employment and practicing self-care and self-love. She also brings a rich foundation in coaching and process-oriented psychology, actively pursuing advanced training in both areas to deepen her practice.
In addition to her work with SELF, Wei Ching is an Adjunct Fellow in Data Science at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) Academy. Wei Ching blends her expertise in data-driven insights with a compassionate, growth-focused approach, offering participants impactful guidance that fosters lasting personal transformation.

Learn how emotions manifest physically and develop practical ways to work with them for personal empowerment. This session focuses on body-centered practices to observe emotions as they arise, transforming difficult feelings into sources of strength and resilience. Session 3: Expressing Emotions for Authentic Connection
