About Event

Movement is arguably the most important and under-utilised tool to prevent and treat many chronic and non communicable diseases of modern living. In this introductory talk we walk through the epidemiology of the lack of physical activity pandemic the world is facing, strolling through current guidelines and available resources.  We will then focus on simple steps we can all make in our own lives, and to those around us, empowering people with the knowledge to begin harnessing the power of movement as medicine every day.

Sharing this topic with us is Dr Kai Koch, BMedSci BMBS MSc (SEH) FRCEM.
