Accelerating Sustainable Transitions: Grid-Edge & Resilience
With recent changes in the policy landscape for electric vehicles, rooftop solar, and energy storage, as well as increasing mandates to achieve a carbon-free grid, coordination across a range of stakeholders including technologists, specifiers, and energy providers is more important than ever.
Arup Ventures, Brick & Mortar, and Westly Group, host the first of a multi-part series focused on innovations driving the transition to a low carbon energy and materials economy. This event will explore innovative approaches to behind-the-meter technology, showcasing how utility and energy providers can leverage it to support grid resilience and transition to renewable, decarbonized energy.
The discussion will be facilitated by Megan Cain, an Investor for the Westley Group, and will include presentations by:
· JP Ross | VP of Local Development, Electrification and Innovation, East Bay Community Energy
· John Taggart | Co-founder and CTO, WeaveGrid
· Karuna Elisabeth Phillips | Associate, Americas Urban Energy Infrastructure Leader, Arup
Food and drinks will be served throughout the event and an open networking session will follow the panel.
