Longevity x AI Hackathon
About The Event
From June 14-15, Seanome and Frontier Tower are hosting a 2-day hackathon bringing together longevity and AI for the global ML community.
No model-building required, and only 40 spots available. We have $7k in prizes!
What to expect:
We’re turning convoluted aging-biology data into ready-to-use resources for the global ML community.
Teams will:
Download aging datasets (e.g., Tabula Muris Senis) from biology dataset websites like CZI’s cellxgene portal.
Standardize and integrate Cell Ontology annotations for consistency across datasets.
Document & upload polished H5AD files and clear dataset cards to Hugging Face.
Compete for a $7k prize pool judged on upload quantity and quality, clean metadata, rich documentation, and reproducible processing pipelines.
Who should attend:
ML/data experts, more comfortable with structured datasets than lab experiments.
Bioinformaticians who love tidy H5ADs
Ontology / knowledge-graph enthusiasts
Longevity fans, dedicated to advancing the field through accessible data.
Agenda (Both Days):
9:00 AM - Check-in, breakfast, lightning orientation
9:30 AM - (Saturday only) Team formation
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Hacking: download → clean → integrate → upload
(Sunday only) 4:30 PM - Demo snapshots & judging
5:00 PM - Daily wrap-up
Final awards announced 5 PM Sunday.
Prizes
1st place: $4,000
2nd place: $2,000
3rd place: $1,000

Frontier Tower
We are joining in on Frontier Tower’s Biopunk Hackathon
Frontier Tower exists to cross-pollinate AI, biotech, and longevity—exactly what this sprint does. Hosting here seeds a recurring bio-AI track in the network-state ecosystem and showcases the building’s commitment to open, decentralized science.
Founded in 1986, Foresight Institute supports the beneficial development of high-impact technology to make great futures more likely. We focus on science and technology that is too early-stage or interdisciplinary for legacy institutions to support.
