In this 75-minute session, we’ll step away from the hustle for a much-needed reset, featuring aromatherapy, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and a beginner-friendly, deeply relaxing yoga practice. Think of it as the sanctioned adult nap time you've been waiting for. This session is designed to help founders sustain their energy, manage stress, and build resilience for the entrepreneurial journey.
About the Instructor:
Kari Doherty is a seasoned entrepreneur, yoga teacher, and wellness professional with over eight years of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies and find balance in their lives. An E-RYT 500 certified yoga instructor, Ayurvedic Wellness Advisor, and former studio owner, Kari brings a deep understanding of movement, breath, and holistic self-care to her teaching. She has taught in a wide range of settings, from boutique studios to recovery spaces, and her YouTube channel features over 200 videos of free, accessible yoga for all bodies. Kari believes that self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a strategic advantage, especially for founders navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship.
