Inspired by Humboldt's Legacy

Building on Alexander von Humboldt's groundbreaking 1828 Berlin conference that revolutionized scientific collaboration, this unconference revives his principles of:

  • Participant-driven dialogue (no pre-set speakers)

  • Interdisciplinary exchange across tech, policy & civil society

  • Informal knowledge sharing in creative spaces

Register by March 20th to participate in Europe's AI future

2. Timetable with up to 5 breakouts per session 

9:00-9:30 – Welcome Coffee & Registration

9:30-10:00 – Agenda Co-Creation

10:00-11:00 Initial Session

  • Birds of a feather flock together (build connective tissue around people sharing concerns or interests in this space)

11:30-13:00 Tactical Sessions

  • Getting to brainstorming Ansatz formulations

13:00-14:30 – Lunch with Members of Peer Group or Lunch with Members of other Fields

14:30-15:30 Strategic Sessions

  • How to take what we've learned and “Turn up the good”

15:30-16:00 – Coffee Break around “Stammtisch” topics

16:00-17:30 Synthesis Session (all together)

  • Wrap-Up Session

17:30-19:00 – Optional Dinner nearby

20:30-open  After Unconference drinks and networking
