Morning Session: Sunrise Yoga
Hatha Flow: Start your day in the tranquil embrace of nature, harnessing the power of yoga to strengthen, elongate, and open your body, fostering self-awareness and unity.
Kundalini: Experience transformative Kundalini Yoga, exploring dynamic movements, breathwork, and meditation to awaken inner energy and cultivate lasting peace.
Midday Session: Daily Breathwork
By focusing on the breath, you cultivate inner peace and emotional resilience, learning to navigate challenging situations with ease.
Evening Session: Sunset Yoga
Yin Yoga: Indulge in gentle, introspective Yin Yoga, focusing on deep stretching and relaxation to release tension, promote flexibility, and restore balance.
Sound Healing: Utilise singing bowls to address with vibrations and frequencies the body, mind, and spirit, promoting emotional release and well-being.
Extra Activities
Deep Relaxation - Group Hypnosis: Tap into the unconscious mind to overcome challenges, change limiting beliefs, and achieve personal growth through guided hypnosis.
Mandala Coloring: Engage in serene coloring sessions, infusing intricate designs with vibrant hues to resonate with your inner landscape.

No Alcohol & Cigarettes during the retreat: There will be designated areas for smoking. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during our events.
Quiet Hours: Let's embrace quiet times from waking up until after the sunrise practice. This helps everyone enjoy a peaceful start of the day.
Limited Phone Use: Phones are not allowed during the retreat to minimize distractions. There will be designated times for urgent calls.

MATA SAKKA
Our Greek Teacher
As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Health Practitioner (DGMA) with a background in holistic movement therapy, massage, and dance, I integrate various modalities to foster holistic healing. Fluent in English, Greek, and moderate German, with over 22 years in Berlin.
Holding a BFA in dance education and movement studies, I’ve worked extensively as a dancer, with various choreographers and artists and have been a member of the Sasha Waltz & Guests Company since 2015.
I work as a Shiatsu practitioner, Reiki Usui Master, and as a Hypnotherapist. With expertise in Qigong and Yoga, including being a Hatha- Kundalini Yoga Teacher (200 RYT, 500 YTT) and Yin-Restorative Yoga, I offer online and on-site sessions, combining Hypnotherapy with physical techniques to promote well-being and harmony.
My vision is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health and live in their true potential by merging the power of the mind, body, and soul.

Our Egyptian Teacher
With over fifteen years of experience(+600HRs) YTT Hatha, Ashtanga, Neurology & Pranayama teacher, massage therapist, Sound healer, Tai-Chi, and Reflexology practitioner.
At a young age, I was drawn to a spiritual way of living and a mind-body connection. I loved yoga from the start .Soon I discovered that my yoga mat is the place where I found a sense of contentment, self-awareness, and the unity between self, body, and mind .
As a teacher, I realized that yoga is for everyone. Even though, with different body abilities and needs. My classes are tailored in a way to let all the students have the opportunity to get on the path at their own pace. Through offering several modifications.
I find immense joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in observing students discover their own personal yoga journey full of hope to nurture and encourage them along the way.
