Discover Balance with Yin-Yang Yoga Flow
Our Yin-Yang Yoga Flow is thoughtfully designed for yogis at all stages of their journey.
This class weaves the dynamic sequences of Vinyasa to ignite strength and vitality, with the serene stretches of Yin yoga to foster deep relaxation and restoration. Throughout this 90-minute session, you'll engage in a practice that nurtures both body and mind, enhancing flexibility, diminishing stress, and cultivating peacefulness.
Agenda
10 min: Warm Welcome and Check-in
90 min: Yoga (45 min Energizing Vinyasa, 45 min Restorative Yin)
20 min: Community Networking & Dialogue (optional)
What to Prepare:
Fitness level: Suitable for everyone. Adaptations to postures encouraged as needed.
Safety Note: We advise all participants to honour their physical limitations and engage mindfully.
Essentials: Yoga mat or a soft, stable surface, and a water bottle.
Comfort extras: Feel free to bring blankets, bolsters, or pillows.
Participation: Cameras on or off - up to you and how you're feeling!
