YKVL Run Club - Welcome Back 5K
Did you miss us? Well we missed you!
We are so excited to get the 2024 run season started, and with the weather quickly changing - why not start a little earlier!
Join us for our Welcome Back 5k Run - Starting at our NEW home base StretchLab Rosedale.
StretchLab Rosedale will be offering FREE 15min demo stretches from their team Post-Run. (Grip socks are required - bring your own, or available for purchase)
They will also have HyperIce devices on site to use
*There will be bag check and coat storage*
Announcements + Warm-up Stretch: 6pm
Depart for run: 6:15pm
Post-run Stretch + Social: 7pm - 8pm
