You bring the challenge, and we'll brainstorm with everyone in the Workshop Garage about possible methods, timelines, warm-ups, and session flow, so to bring the best ideas forward.
Imagine this as a big feedback party — a free exchange of knowledge around how to make people work together effectively to achieve a goal. So if you are interested in learning more methods, getting inspiration, and contributing to a concrete challenge, meet us in the Garage!
When you sign up, you can choose to share a case or a challenge. You don’t have to put forward a case to participate: we need many minds to brainstorm solutions 🤹♀️
What is a case?
Give us a challenge that you are facing that is centered around a workshop. E.g. in the past, we designed a workshop on how to present personas to your team, or how to do a company-wide retrospective.
