About Event

Description:
Startup Gov (formerly Startup Canada Day on the Hill) is one of Startup Canada’s flagship programs. It connects a pan-Canadian cohort of entrepreneurs to government representatives, with the support of our network of private sector partners. Startup Gov gives every entrepreneur a voice to government to create the conditions necessary for entrepreneurial success in Canada.

Theme:
On October 20th, Startup Canada in partnership with the Canadian Women’s Chamber will host a digital event aimed to amplify the voices of women entrepreneurs from across the country. The session will focus on the challenges women entrepreneurs face, how the pandemic has exacerbated these issues, how we can move forward and create a more inclusive and equitable ecosystem for women to thrive.
