Event Outline
Pre Plunge Activity:
Social Run: Kick off your morning with a scenic 5k run starting at Boothuis. Bag drop begins at 9:15 AM, followed by a warmup at 9:30 AM. Enjoy a conversational pace of 6:30 per kilometre as you take in the beautiful surroundings of the lake.
Yoga Flow: Start with a ground-breathing exercise to help you centre and connect with the present moment. Next, you'll flow through gentle yoga movements to stretch and strengthen the body, adding some playful challenges. Finally, you'll end with calming meditation, allowing the mind to soothe and set the tone for the day ahead.
Breathwork session: Join us for a rejuvenating breathwork session designed to balance, energize, and relax your mind and body. We’ll start with a brief intro and warmup, followed by 10 minutes of 4:4 balanced breath to calm your nervous system. Next, experience the invigorating breath of fire for focus and stimulation. We'll then practice the Wim Hof method, combining deep breaths and breath holds for a powerful finish.
Ice Bath Experience
An exhilarating XL ice bath experience. Dive into the cold, accompanied by music and good vibes, perfect for connecting and bonding with our community members. Savour the moment with amazing coffee and delicious food available for purchase from the Boothuis bar.
