Lena Kul specializes in product design and UX research hiring at Senior IC (Senior/Lead/Staff) and Leadership (Managers/Directors/VP) levels. Previously, she led recruitment at Miro, building a top design team in Europe by attracting over 30 senior talents from FAANG and other leading brands. Afterward, she moved into UX Research, spending a year conducting mixed methods research. Currently, Lena runs kuːl, a boutique recruitment agency focused on helping designers and researchers excel in their careers.
