About me
👋 Hi, I’m Anise. Join me for Anti-Overwhelm Coaching and Wellbeing Walkshops (online and in person) that help you feel connected, supported and resilient.
You'll be in safe hands as I'm an accredited Resilience Dynamic practitioner and Mental Health First Aider with oodles of coaching qualifications.
When I'm not coaching or looking after my family, you'll find me out wandering - usually in London parks. ☀️

FAQs
Q: What will I need to do to join the walkshop?
A: Download the Zoom app on your phone. Here is a quick video showing you around: https://tinyurl.com/ZoomOnYourPhone Put on your earphones/headphones and join us for a wander.
Q: Do I have to go for a walk?
A: Go for a walk outside with us if you can, to feel energised and help you think more openly and creatively. However, moving around or sitting inside while looking around is fine too. You’ll need somewhere relatively quiet with good connectivity.
Q: Will the walk be interactive?
A: Anise will guide you to be mindful and reflect on your resilience. At points you'll be invited to share your thoughts. It's great to see where people are walking and hear what is coming up for them. You are welcome to just listen if you prefer and putting your video on is also optional.
