4 Week Vegan Cooking and Lifestyle Course
Over 4 weeks I want to share everything I know about a plant based lifestyle including meal planning, shopping, navigating social circumstances, supplementing and creating tasty nutrient dense meals while making it practical and easy.
All recipes are gluten-free as well as vegan.
All attendees will receive a copy of my Plant Based Ebook with lifestyle tips and over 40 recipes.
COURSE OUTLINE:
Week 1 - Plant Based Health Essentials:
Recipe Demonstration - Lentil Bolognese
The practicalities of a plant based diet: meal design, bulk cooking, food preparation & shopping lists.
Week 2 - Thriving Out In The World:
Recipe Demonstration - Vegan Caesar salad with Chickpea croutons and Vegan Burgers
Navigating social circumstances: travel tips, blended households & supplementation.
Week 3 - Taking ownership of your new lifestyle:
Recipe Demonstration- Thai Noodle Bowl
Becoming empowered: trusting your intuition & building confidence.
Week 4 - Beyond The Plate:
Recipe Demonstration - Chocolate and caramel Squares, homemade almond milk and Shepardless pie.
Exploring cruelty-free living: lifestyle tips to thrive and stay consistent, social media resources, and using your voice for positive change.
Classes are live via Zoom on Oct 5, 7:00 pm. Oct 12, 7:00 pm. Oct 19, 7:00 pm. Oct 26, 7:00 pm and last approximately 75 mins.
All classes will be recorded and sent out to watch back if the live time doesn’t suit.
