Founders - how much is your startup worth?

Valuation is one of the trickiest concepts in startup world.

Everyone has a different approach, and both investors and founders struggle to agree on what a company is worth.

Sometimes, investors undervalue them because they want to come in at a low valuation and own more of the pie.

At other times, investors overvalue a startup and put founders under pressure to live into them, which backfires in failure.

There are several ways to value a startup. And they’re different at different stages of the company. Early-stage pre-revenue startups do not use the same formula as growth-stage startups.

So how can you calculate your startup’s valuation correctly at any stage?
