About Event

This event is designed for those in leadership roles such as Research, Design, or Product Managers, Directors, etc.

UX and product professionals have been trying to ’swim upstream’ for decades. Even though we have data to prove the value of our work, we still don’t have the influence and seat-at-the-table that we need to help our companies create products people love to use (and are happy to pay for).

Tamara Adlin, a product and UX expert, has a new perspective on this problem and a new practical way to solve it. We have to understand what life is like for senior stakeholders and executives. We have to tune into the game of telephone they play with each other and know that ‘being on the same page’ never actually happens. We have to see the impact of executive misalignment from the top down.

Tamara will introduce us to her solution and a new set of practical tools to create Executive Alignment in Five Conversations. She will show us a new way to create and use ‘alignment personas’ to rethink strategy, create a user-centered vocabulary and define goals and priorities that stick throughout your projects.
