Bob Preston is the owner and founder of North County Property Group.
With over 25 years of experience as an owner of his own investment properties, Bob has built North County Property Group to fulfill the unique needs of residential investment property owners and their renters/tenants.
Bob earned a BA degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and executive education in Growing Entrepreneurial Companies from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University.
Bob is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He has been awarded by NARPM with two prestigious designations: RMP® (Residential Management Professional) and MPM® (Master Property Manager).
NARPM designations are earned by completing a combination of Property Management experience, NARPM and industry education, and service to the association through leadership positions. RMPs and MPMs have completed extensive course work and service projects for NARPM, demonstrating a strong dedication to the Property Management Industry.
