About Event

Together we look at our own personal truths and personalities/archetypes. While exploring those on its own is an interesting journey, we will take it a step further and look at aligning your truths and personality with your creative communities. 🎉

Not every community is for everyone. Learn how to look for those that will compliment you as an individual and contribute to your goals. We will even look at how you align with the Butter community and how to make the most of your time with us here! 🧚‍♀️

We only have an hour together but we can begin to illuminate so much in even that short time!

During this workshop we will:

💡 Discover your truths (some call these values, we will call them truths...truths you live by);

🤩 Uncover your personality/archetype as an individual;

🙌 Explore how to use your truths and personality/archetype to align with and make the most of creative communities;

✨ Come away with tools to dig even deeper and continue on your journey.

About the host:

Hi I'm Rachel!

I'm a Design Thinker that adores brand strategy and creative problem-solving. I collaborate with others through workshops and interactive experiences.My motto is Everything is a Prototype: my workshops, strategies, and even approaches to coaching and mentorship—all prototypes.

Now for the other stuff—I have about 16 years' experience and make myself feel rather old every time I say that! Right now, I run my own consulting business. I work with design agencies, technology companies, and other clients who want to explore strategy, discovery, and other efforts using immersive collaborative experiences.

As a lifelong learner, creative communities are a huge part of my journey. I am currently home-based in Texas, USA, with an even more extensive network of friends and colleagues worldwide that I respect and turn to when I need inspiration and new knowledge.
